PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
- Masks are optional. If you do not have a mask and would like one, please ask and we will provide you with a disposable one.
- All services and or co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles must be paid prior to, or at the start of, your appointment, unless you have a charge card on file. This is non-negotiable.
- You should get an appointment confirmation via email immediately upon booking. If you do not, please call the clinic to confirm and verify that we have your correct email address and phone number on file to ensure that you'll receive future appointment reminders.
- No call / no show 15 minutes after your appointment time will result in a missed appointment and a $25 fee.
- Barring catastrophic events, requests to cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will also incur a $25 fee. Please plan accordingly and notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your schedule.
- For your convenience, appointments may be booked and or rescheduled online anytime without penalty up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, at which point, your appointment can no longer be rescheduled online.
- If you wish to reschedule your appointment after the 24 hours cutoff, please call, send us an inquiry via our "Contact Us" form on our website, or email us with your new desired appointment date and time and wait for a confirmation email / text of your new requested appointment. If you do not hear back from us within two (2) hours during a working day, please call.
- No children are allowed unless they're being treated.
- No extra guests are permitted to your appointment. There is very limited seating available throughout the clinic.
- Please do not book if you have a contagious illness (coughing, sneezing, strep throat, Pink eye, etc.).
- To enhance your treatments, please be sure that you take a warm shower / bath within 15-20 hours of your appointment to help your muscles relax as much as possible. Plus, good hygiene is just a good idea, considering treatments will require that we'd be up close and personal and all up in your personal space. =D
- No earrings or necklace, as they will interfere with your treatments.
- Comfortable athletic or "athleisure" wear encouraged.
- Please wear protective closed-toe shoes, unless you are an established patient under routine care and getting Chiropractic adjustments only.
